50 Blessings has been having some trouble with Composite Human, so they manipulate Jacket into killing him for them

Rules:

• Speed Unequal (Can equalize it if needed)
• Jacket has full prior knowledge on CH, including his equipment & car
• CH knows Jacket's appearance & his background as a soldier but nothing else, not even a name. He also knows what type of car Jacket is driving & that Jacket is likely armed but doesn't know exactly what he's armed with
• FIght takes place in 1989 Miami Florida
• They start on opposite ends of the city (About 20 miles apart) and neither knows where the other one starts
  • This means that they'll both have to hunt for each other throughout the city
• Both are naturally bloodlusted iirc so no Social Influencing beams or anything like that. They're both fighting until someone is dead

Probably CH. Both are close in reactions and both can easily shoot each other down. However, CH has sort of crazy marksman abilities (that one guy in the shooting Olympics who became a meme). CH also has enhanced senses and is a master detective, so chances are they'll find Jacket before Jacket finds them, and shoots first.
