Do Tier 0 characters have no personality?

I've been writing this story that has a limitless character, and whether or not they can have a personality could greatly affect how I write the story. So, do tier 0 characters have any personality? And also, can they be defeated?

Defeated no. That contradicts the point of Tier 0.

Personality, sorta. Azathoth has very different character traits than the One Above All for instance. Given there nature, they aren't likely to have personality traits that we can understand and the few that we do are limited. We don't really know much about TOAA other than he's the writer or much about Azzy other than he's an "idiot". (Or as much of one as a tier 0 can be.) In depth personalities kinda don't work. That would require them to be bound to something we can understand, which contradicts that nature of tier 0. Technically speaking, Tier 0s are the most complex and deep of all characters, due to being boundless, but because of our limited understanding of personality by comparison to that, they come off as strange and distant to us.

But this is what the tiering page says, "It is also important to note that such characters are not omnipotent, as such a concept isn't well suited for our tiering system (See the Omnipotence page for further explanations). High outerversal characters, although immeasurably powerful, can display minor weaknesses and limitations, and be rivaled or even surpassed by other beings within their respective verses."

I see. So for example, doing things that would be beneficial to only them, or beneficial to the multiverse, or being completely passive in situations where they probably should help wouldn't necessarily be contradictory?

And another question regarding your statement: is there such a thing as beyond dimensional intelligence, and if there is, how would that work?

Oh crap, I completely forgot about that. In that case, yes. But only by a stronger tier 0. Yog-Sothoth would invariably lose if he went up against Azathoth for instance.

I was thinking of the old tiering system.

It probably wouldn't than. The thing with tier 0 is that once you reach that level, you're viewpoint is going to be fundamentally different from just about every other form of being. While your tier 0 can have a personality and you can express that personality through the actions you've described, the reasoning is going to be completely alien from a human perspective. Tier 0's don't operate under the same rules we do. We live in a binary system, they surpass nearly all systems, we view things in a limited, 3d way, they see things in every possible way, we're subject to concepts and ideas, they exist above them, etc.

I'm pretty sure beyond dimensional intelligence would just be an intellect that can comprehend beyond dimensional concepts and actions. Characters on the beyond dimensional scale should have that by default. Realistically, it's hard to say what an intellect like that would look like or act like, because it's nigh impossible for us to understand or empathize with. It's simply above what we can know.

Some have a personality. The law of identity and kami Tenchi both do
If this is true, I don't know, I'm not familiar with these verses, then it might be a good idea to use these characters as a sort of guide for your tier 0. A good author grows by taking notes from others after all. Take notes on how being a tier 0 effects these characters perspectives and character traits, and see what directions you can go with that.

Feathrine is tier 0 and died after trying to go to Creator's realm and not succeding to be on Creator and gods level. So I don't think it would really contradict this.

Wright was talking about tier 0s from before we merged high 1-A into 0 since he forgot about that. Featherine used to be high 1-A
