No, type 1 is just independent concept, being independent do not make the concept superior to what it govern over, Jungian Archetypes is also independent, but superior and it also changes depend on the perception of what it govern

Platonic Concept is, it describe that physical reality a shadow, an illusion, an inferior reflection of abstract ideas/concepts that govern over it, while the abstract ideas/concepts is superior the physical reality, and above any physical attribute/quality. This is kinda a simplified explanation of Platonic Concepts. Depend on how Platonic Concepts is presented, you could get at least 1-A and even up to tier 0. If i'm not wrong Plato's Form of Good could land you to at least High 1-A+ or something

Not High 1A+, but a pretty easy Tier 0 since it transcends essence itself, lacks essence, is the source of essences themselves for forms themselves, etc., and High 1A+ if forms are logical truths.
