Do Explosions count as Violent Fragmentations?

The difference between Fragmentation and Violent Fragmentation is basically hiw big the chunks are.
Fragmentation is used when the object is broken into large chunks of debris, etc.
Violent Fragmentation is when they're broken into the likes of pebbles and similar sized pieces.

The fragments need to be like a cubic centimeter or less individually to qualify as violent fragmentation iirc.
