it directly dammages souls and breaks them with enough dammage, human souls are ridiculosly stronger than froggit,so he cant oneshot, but dizzy has no such soul hax resictence

thats an nlf, magic resistence only works on tipes of magic resisted. if not frisk can nullify ALL magic because they can nullify dog magic
