Therefore, I vote to Anne.

I wouldn’t sleep on Molly. Her advantage in here comes from her Toon Force and the fact that she can literally just appear from anywhere to attack her, even if being there doesn’t make sense. Her mobility and tactics could be enough to take Anne off-guard. She also has ways of getting out of her range pretty easily this way, and is generally a lot more stealthy. Anne might be a better fighter head-on, but Molly’s a lot craftier. At her best, her mind is brilliant at analysis, and landing a hit on her could prove difficult.
