I really do not understand why Discord is ranked city. And he offered to risk all Equestria, which is like a big country .. And Celestia and Luna? City ?? They carry the moon and the sun ..

That, and Celestia had been banished to the sun in the season 1 premiere, only to come out completely unharmed. And both she and Luna together couldn't best Discord without the Elements. I personally think the high-tiers of MLP are more powerful that what they're listed as here.BillCipher326 said:
