Firstly: You should probably check the comments history. A lot of older blogs had their comments wiped.You first need to ask for help via our official calculations evaluations requests thread:

Secondly: This thread is old and the original premise was already applied, then removed due to being an outlier.
Lastly, why do we even need this? They already scale to higher. As long as the current justification is fine, we don't really need further justification.
