Speed unequalized (For once, both are already at Peak Human though it's funny that Cricket technically can't dodge Norman's bullets despite her reaction feat being dodging gunshots)
Starting distance was 10 meters

Street Level discussions in matches where only one character is a gun user are always contentious because of how damn powerful guns are (99% of the time it starts with "What stops [GUN USER] from shooting [NON-GUN USER] dead"). Let's see if all these disadvantages would be enough for a fair fight

Cricket stomps. You just had to pick an opponent that she perfectly counters. She starts the fight with her sound power while charging at Norman. The sounds are super effective thanks to Norman's enhanced hearing and its inherent weakness which disorients him more than it would a normal person. This combined with his blindness makes it almost impossible for him to land a hit on Cricket while she can just keep moving and swinging at him. She may not be fast enough to dodge a bullet but she is fast enough to move out of the way of a gun which allowed her to evade shots from 7 feet away fired by a guy who isn't blind nor was he hindered by her sounds thanks to his own ability cancelling them out.
