Even when not in time stop, ZA WARUDO>GORUDO EKUSUPERIENSU in terms of speed, power and probably precision, considering GE~King Crimson~Old Silver Chariot<Young Silver Chariot~The World. DIO might punch himself a few times, but Regen should save him, making him realize punching Giono's lifeforms is dangerous. Then, it's just TOKI YO TOMERE! MUDAMUDAMUDA! TOKI WA UGOKIDASU!

Dio times stops in character,so he takes it without a problem.+unlike Diavollo and Jotaro Dio is very fast.He managed to bring RODA RORA DAAA!!! and did solid MUDAMUDA within only 9 seconds.Diavolo or Jotaro can't do even half of that.
