The only reason this fight is not Muzan vs Kars is because Kars can use hamon

Muzan walked through the desert at night with his fake family, they insisted on taking a trip, Muzan preferred it not to happen, but he didn’t fight it, he might be able to find the ingredient he’s looking for to become a being able to walk in Sun light. However, a figure with blond hair stood in front of them in the desert, the same being covered in blood was called "DIO", which without barely finishing the introduction, magically created a hole in the chest of one of the family members, Muzan knew that he was a demon, while the creature in front of him killed the rest of the family, Muzan thought of making this being one of his demons while entered his combat form (this story sucks)

-The battle takes place during the night
-Speed is NOT equalized
-The fight takes place in the middle of the Sahara desert
-DIO starts in its awakened form and Muzan in combat form
-Muzan is aware of what a stand is and that Dio has one, nothing more
-Both are willing to kill

Muzan has numerous ways of yeeting Dio here. The only way I could see Dio winning is via Ice manip, nothing else. He won't be able to damage Muzan due to the ap difference.
