Mr Popo via Pecking Order, Pecking Order seems to be Statistics Amplification up to eleven. Mr Popo's Pecking Order may have unforeseen limitations but as far as it goes Pecking Order can reduce your "Infinite x Infinite square Infinite" or your Omni crap bullshit that probably only affects your local Omniverse. DIO may have the edge due to being flexible on abilities but i still dont see how DIO is able to withstand the full effects of Pecking Order.
