Dinosaur vs Dragon, Which One is Better?

The Prehistoric Dragon will engage the Spinosaurus in close quarters, as it did against the Tyrannosaurus. It only has a limited supply of gas for flight and fire breath, and as such it'd only use its fire as a last resort. With that in mind, the Spinosaurus holds the edge in close quarters due to his impressive claws and his greater bulk. The Dragon was getting jostled by the Tyrannosaurus and has a more slender build, meaning it might get overpowered in melee. That long neck of the dragon's could also be a vulnerable target for the Spinosaurus to exploit. Now if the Dragon does bring out its fire breath, it could certainly win this, considering how it fatally wounded the Tyrannosaurus, but the questions remains on whether the Spinosaurus would give it the chance to use its fire in the first place.

Also, why is speed equalized when they're both already superhuman?

Speed was equalized because I'm used to putting that on threads and wasn't really thinking about it too much.

Speed should be = as the Dragon's land speed isn't Superhuman. And the Dragon could still yell and stun the Spino, and they are of similar size, and while the dragon is lighter, it possibly has better reach. Their claws are basically the same, as the dragon's talons are of similar girth. The long neck could be a weak spot, but as shown in combat, it takes its head back usual when attack with its talons. The Dragon will also most definitely have a chance to use its fire, as shown with most of Spino's fights, he can't kill the opponent with one blow. So the dragon will likely take the hit, feel how strong the Spino is and blow fire at it.
