Dimensional Storage Rewording

I was given permission here.

Basically the first sentence of the page is worded to imply the power by default is of infinite scope: 'Dimensional Storage (also called Hammerspace or Magic satchel) is the ability to store as many items as one wishes in a sort of "storage area" without any regard for running out of room.'

The italicized part implies no matter how many items are in there any character with this power will not run out of room. For a power the page acknowledges as typically being without a canon explanation that seems odd, to my understanding shouldn't that be proven case by case. For example, Frisk, a character with a reasonable in universe explanation doesn't have infinite storage. The wording should probably be approved. I don't have a great idea what the wording should be still I will offer something. 'Dimensional Storage (also called Hammerspace or Magic satchel) is the ability to store things in a "storage area". This "storage area" can be explained or unexplained, but is capable of hold volumes that should not otherwise be able to fit in the external volume of the container shown if one exists. The "storage area" is sometimes accessed from thin air with the limits of the media being used to obscure how such as between comic panels, off screen, or behind something blocking view.'

I agree with the premise, though I'm also unsure of the wording right now.
If we don't find something satisfactory I'll consider drafting something later.
Thank you. That would be very appreciated. 🙏

I do want to ask a couple questions related to standards for determining if a character has the power. I didn't really hint at that on the post I made to get approval so I wasn't sure I had permission to add to the starting post. It does however seem relevant enough to use my posting privileges to ask.

If we only ever see a character put stuff out without explanation how do we determine it isn't creation instead?
The second name for the power, hammerspace, we seem to add a quality not always acknowledged in other definitions the part where things are actually put into it for example wikipedia only mentions that part when it comes to specific franchises which use it that way. This makes sense hammerspace gags seem to more of use the bringing things out aspect rather than the putting things in aspects, but I feel leads to a question.

Second, how do we decide whether it is game mechanics or not?
For example, Link in breath of the wild the inventory is probably canon, he carries stuff somewhere we can't see and that would require a volume significantly larger than him we don't acknowledge it likely in part because the reference to inventory is part of the explanation for the inventory expansion mechanic and everything else is only shown in game play. So should the evidence be enough?

Other times it is more questionable for example, Kirby Star Allies lets everyone collect heart spears at the end of certain levels this was used to justify dimensional storage for every playable character. This is assumed by the wiki to be a power many of the species characters only have when they are star allies, the power is never confirmed exclusive to this form, it just isn't shown otherwise. The assumption however is not extended to non-playable characters you can befriend with friend hearts that also turn others into star allies. (Source for whispy as it is an easter egg completely ignored on the profile) This isn't a problem yet really but you unlock three characters after collecting the spears meaning they probably should not canonically be able to collect them. The three profiles disagree using the same reasoning to justify the ability despite the fact narratively that doesn't make sense. Should this reasoning be valid?
