So what are the requirements for the size of an explosion in order for it to be within a certain ranking?

How big does something have to be to warrant Country Level, Mountain Level, Moon Level, etc?

I'm asking because I'm making a page for the FC/OC battles wiki. My character can manipulate all matter on the subatomic level within 450 kilometers.
