Different Universe 2-Cs in Versus Threads

So I actually had this question a long time ago. But like can you make matches between 2-C characters that scale to different universes? And if you can how does it work?

Like say you have a 4 Universe 2-C who by scaling is like say 5x into the tier can they have a match with a guy who is 3 Universe 2-C but is like 10x into 2-C?

Or can we only make matches between 2-C of the same universe number?

I mean, u can make a match of a 10-B vs a Low 1-C if the 10-B has chances to win, but if he doesnt then it's a stomp, a 2-C that scales to more universes is above a 2-C who scales to less universes regardless of how much multipliers they have, so AP-wise its a stomp, but the character can win if he has hax or something then yeah you can make a match

The first character cannot match the other character. 4 Universes is greater than 3 universes, even if the character had 1000x multiplier, they still wouldn't be able to match the guy with 4 Universes.
You can still make the match as it just means that the first character can 1 shot the other, but if the other character has abilities and tactics that would prevent them from getting 1 shot and has a viable wincon, it can be added.

I’m guessing if they are both haxless it doesn’t matter how far into 2-C the lower universe character are while the other is just baseline as they just won’t have AP comparable to the higher 2-C simple because the other is a higher number of universe in 2-C?

I had already expected this but man this sucks. It’s always like this. Cool haxless matches in 2-C can’t be done because one character just so happens to be one universe higher than the other.
