Diablo 4-C Tier Question

In the justification of Diablo 4-C tier it is written : "Rimuru estimated on one occasion that 3 Guardians on the level of Diablo could handle Milim,"
can someone please give me the source of this claim

Before I could make my decision, more problems began.

Diablo by himself would have a hard time as Milim's opponent.

At the very least, I would need to send 3 of my followers of Guardian Level or the odds would be bad.

I already need to send that many to handle Milim alone. Then there's the rampaging Vega and that mysterious silver haired female, plus another 4 seraphim class opponents; I'm going to need to send a big portion of my forces already.(Chapter 195)
