Dexter and Mandy Revisions

Currently both pages are in bad conditions, but i have some informations to fix them.

Dexter: Normally varies, he seems to be portrayed as 10-C, but in some episodes he fought with fodders with his suit and with Action Man. He destroyed a television with a fart, but it was after eating several things. With Robo-Dexo he defeated a powerful enemy that defeated the Justice Friends, which includes High 5-A monkey.

Mandy: Grim fears her and had 9-B feats, she was going to destroy a stadium along with Billy as Super Saiyans lookalikes and destroyed the universe and its spacetime with a a smile while respawning them in the Powerpuff universe. Mandy greatest feat is in the movie where she fought Number One merged Grim with her Clown Giant, which are both comparable to Dragon Father and Grandfather.

A 9-B Mandy seems alright (at least most of time), but about her smile: even with Low 2-C rating, the result of her smile is completely random, without necesary defeating her possible opponent (it can even put her in disadvantage).

Mm, I don't remember a Merged Nigel, but I saw that long time ago...

Mandark also developed a prep, which was going to destroy the universe in the series conclusion and all the Dexters across time defeated the Mandark's and his plan. Deedee created Peepers with her immaginations, who was used by Hookucho to have energy to destroy a planet. Mandy also was feared by other strong beings and Eris seemed to not underestimate her.

Context would be needed, using a special weapon to destroy the universe isn't something that could be scaled. Other thing: are we considering crossover canon? Wouldn't argue tho.

It only scales to Ultimate Mandark with Prep since he became much more intelligence than his young self, in the crossover Ed, Edd and Eddy also appears, so it's unlikely to be canon.

In one episode, Dexter launched a misile to the Moon and changed it's orbit. Then, the misile malfunctions and sends the moon to Earth, which destroyed several buildings and made Dexter's Lab explode. He survived the explosion.

While using the DexStar suit, could fight with henchmen of a guy that can fight with Major Glory. (though I don't know if it can go any higher than tier 9, since in the fight he destroyed several pillars).

Edit: In another episode, could pilot a space ship that tagged an alien one that could fly through the galaxy. And while at it, DeeDee had reactions to block a Laser Beam with Dexter's glasses.
