I wanted to do something a bit different from a standard combat match and I am praying a social influencing/negotation fight works.

Prompt: Dio and Johan passing each other at a fancy resturant in Cairo right after sunset. Noticing sinister vibes from one another, Dio considers this a challenge and offers Johan to dine with him.

Win Condition: Psychological breakdown, recieving the opponent's loyalty, causing unconsciousness, or pressuring the opponent to leave the resuraunt first.

Bonus Rule: Dio is not allowed to use the World or any vampiric abilities (namely fleshbuds, hypnosis, or biological manip) on Johan, but is permitted to use them on anyone else in the resturaunt.
