Basically, a character claims to be able to destroy a country in 20 seconds through sheer power

So basically I should divide the destruction value by 20?

Also what country we talking about? Because the explosion formula doesn't rely on timeframe.

There's several ways in which a country can be destroyed, even in 20 seconds, it could be a destructive omnidirectional wave that destroyes that will end covering the country in 20 seconds, o perhaps its a long-range high-speed danmaku, or its some other type of power, either AP based or hax based, that triggers in 20 seconds, or perhaps the character is absurdly fast that, despite having relatively low AP (8-C may even be enough), can still wreck the country in 20 seconds.

It is basically a slow golem that creates shockwaves with its attacks. Such a golem is stated capable of destroying a entire country

The problem is that it lives for 20 seconds

If its slow golem the I believe covering great distances is not a factor. But... does it has the AoE to destroy a country? It was stated that it can destroy a country in 20 seconds, or simply have the potential to destroy a country but it wouldn't simply because it remains active for such a little amount of time?

If destroy in this case means destroying everything rather than just overpowering the nation or destroying it's society/city and such, then yeah i think dividing the value works
