Let's make this short and to the point: Demon Fox Cloak Naruto in Part I should be 7-A for kicking Fully Matured Sharingan and then CS1 Sasuke's ass to the point he has to use CS2, it's literally on the profile, it's more of a correction than anything.

Yeah someone better contact those responsible for the current scaling cause this isn't making sense.

Took a look at the verse page and the 7-B+ characters are around 53 megatons, there's no reasonable upscaling that'll get that to 7-A. Fully mastered sharingan sasuke needs to be almost 2x stronger than KN0 Naruto to even be 7-A

So replacing this with Mountain level?

Actually to be honest I think that 3 Tomoe Sharingan Sasuke should just be 7-B+. I don't see why he should be upscaling to Mountain level.
