How high above baseline is Lavos. If he is 120 million times above baseline (Arceus scales to the games + distortion worlds of those games) then he destroys. If not then this is another inconclusive because Arceus is very big (so he would be out of Lavos’ range).

Doesn't Lavos kinda just absorb him (unless he needs range to do that). Also, all Lavos has is a scaling chain:
Dream Devourer Lavos (baseline 2-A) < Harle < Kid < Linx =< Fate with Frozen Flame <<< Dragon God controlled by TD at the end of the game <<<< Time Devourer Lavos

If that’s Lavos’ scaling chain, then yeah Lavos’ range is nowhere near close enough.

Lavos would need feats of being able to absorb a multiverse 60 million times larger than the one he’s shown to absorb in order affect Arceus. This is just another inconclusive.
