That still doesn't necessarily make Willow Wolf unable to kill Junko by shooting her. Especially since speed is equalized. It can still count as a wincon albeit a somewhat unlikely wincon, but still a wincon regardless.

Now, is this a mismatch? Probably- mismatches are usually when it’s heavily one-sided, but not a stomp. Those can be added, but it’s ehhh. Dumb.

Willow Wolf still has the possibility of winning by the chance that she manages to shoot Junko in the head. That's at least one possible wincon.

Speed is equalized, and it isn't like Willow Wolf will stop firing after shooting once and then missing. As the profile says, she is a skilled gun user.
Neither of those completely nullify that possibility.
Edit: Ok after thinking things through and talking about it with other people, this might be a stomp.

I assume the Outpost is not in Central Park. If that’s the case, that should be a solid BFR if the Soldier dies.

It was a mismatch. Either way, wouldn’t this still be a mismatch since all junko needs to do is kill a few people weaker than her with her duplicates then they literally BFR themselves into a loss?

Is the Outpost close enough to Central Park? If it’s too far they may not be able to get back in time.

So assuming that the Outpost is in UK, they had to travel across the ocean (3,251 miles) or even in Canada it is 1,796 miles. If they die form Junko and respawn, they will be too far away for the fight to continue.
