Deku Advantages:

• Pain Tolerance
• Higher AP and Durability (68 > 37.8 AP, higher durability but his durability is still >46 tons since it's not City Level+)
• Higher Lifting Strength (Deku has Class T while Ultron has a likely Class G) (2.8990985e+12 kg (Deku) > 24,669,641.7 kg (Thor))
• Gifted Intellegence (may be able to discover Ultron's weakness)
• Higher Range (while Ultron has Planetary, that's only with hacking. Villain Hunter Deku should be able to fairly easily determine that he cannot go near any machines)
• Analytical Prediction (can likely predict Ultron's movements)
• Expertise in Hand-to-Hand Combat
• Rage Power (rage power can allow Deku to have his Blackwhip stronger if he gets pissed)
• Precognition (can sense some of Ultron's attacks. Is great in tandem with Analytical Prediction)
• Smokescreens (can block Ultron's vision and have time to prepare attacks)

• Ultrons Mind Reading (due to Deku having resistance to it)
• Planetary Range (Deku will quickly react to the fact that Ultron can hack anything around the planet)
