What's 8C Goku's AP in tons? His page just says he scales to Nam and Nam's page says he scales to Goku.
High 8C versions, Goku has a very slight edge in AP, is more skilled, has solar flare to blind Deku and has the power pole to catch him off guard, but Deku has better range, is far smarter and is likely to grab his tail and would realise his weakness and abuse it so I vote Deku for round 2.

Baseline then. If that's the case Deku should win this since he's 4x stronger and almost 5x tougher than Goku add on his intelligence and he could take ot mid diff.

What about Oozaru Goku vs Deku

There both High 8-C right? Goku scales to 4 tons iirc, Oozaru Goku should have an AP of 40 tons, 8% Izuku scales to 3.19 tons, I don't see Izuku beating Oozaru unless he uses 100% of OFA

Deku can use 100% without incapping himself. It'd be a stomp for sure, just the absolute other way around if Deku is starting at 100%.

True and 100% Deku is Low 7-B and Deku 5-20% is faster than Oozaru Goku. Deku can win if he dodges Goku's and hits him with a 100% Smash, even if it did incapacitate him, he would still beat Goku

I'd say 8% Deku wins via better skill, range, intelligence, and versatility. Goku's only advantage is being slightly stronger than 8% Deku
