then if it's nothing i'll vote Deku via having a more diverse amounts of abilities (wew just punches but eh) and other stuff, and if he is equal to his canon counterpart via skill. It also seems like Deku has AP advantage over nep nep considering he is equal to shifuto while nep is comparable but somewhat weaker, but i don't know the degree
