Midoriya is at a disadvantage against most High 8-C's on this site. But without a calc, it is to be assumed it is baseline. Midoriya's 100% is like 5.5 tons of tnt I think.

Midoriya will first try to damage it with his normal Full Cowl, and fail. Eventually he'll be forced to resrot to his 100% Detroit smash that takes it down.

So yeah, Midoriya with High-diff.
