So Deku has a large physical advantage and range with Black Whip and other abilities to apprehend Consif. Consif seems to have more training, regeneration, weaponry, and intimidation factor. I’m struggling to see how Consif handles Izuku though with his better travel speed plus amps and raw strength. Deku was shown heavily using Black Whip to restrain Asta and take his Grimoire, so getting rid of Consif’s weapons will be a priority. And from there he just ragdolls her until she’s knocked out. Even with supernatural willpower, she can only take so many hits. Izuku has multiple ways of avoiding her hitting him as well with Danger Sense and Smokescreen.

I’m voting Deku. There’s just too little chances for Consif to do lasting damage with her time limit and Izuku’s massive strength advantages to end things before they escalate much.
