I think voting Konan via Intangibility, better Flight movement, Duplication, Danmaku and possibly better range as well as area control.... But if Deidara is able to hit her... It will one shot.

I don't really see what counter she has to C3 or C4. She may be more mobile and versatile, but Deidara's higher bombs are just kinda dumb strong.
