Hello, this is my Tier 7 Tourney. Let's get straight to the rules

Rules for Submissions:
Only submitting characters in the ranges of Low 7-C to High 7-A is allowed
Hax that gives a character a higher tier is not allowed
Joke Battles Wiki characters are allowed as long as they don't have a made-up tier
Low to Mid Hax is allowed
If the character has a key, please specify which key would be used
For fighters, all equipment will be allowed (Unless it's OP)
Rules for Matches:
Speed will be equalized
The battles will take place in New york city
The starting distance is 20 meters
Everyone would be in character

The bracket will be decided by a wheel
