Death (Supernatural) vs Grim (Billy and Mandy)

God is 3-A near his fullest. Grim is at least Low 2-C with his scythe. Death is more than likely weaker than God is, or he is somewhat comparable . Equalized speed or not, it would only take one hit from Grim to one-shot.

I don't get it. One of the few things seperating both characters from True Omnipotence is their lack of Conceptual Manipulation. Meaning without it they couldn't even hurt each other. All they could do it destory each other's avatars/bodies, over and over. Until the end of all life in each's respective universe, and they faded into nothingness.
So I guess it's a stalemate, at least until the end of eternity.
