Firstly is abilities and resistance addition. For Death.

Abilities and Resistance​

• Resistance to Law Manipulation 7D, likely 8D (Death was able to act and return even after being decreed to be terminated by Inchoate World)
• Regeneration High-Godly; Concept, Information Type 2 (Inchoate World absorbed the very fabric of reality which also contains information as one of its foundations alongside Death and Nier and has killed Death. But Death enacting how Destruction and Rebirth being one was able to resurrect herself)
• Nonexistent Physiology; Nature 1 Aspect 1,2,3, and 4 (Death can act even if terminated destroying the power that terminated her in the first place. And was able to act and resurrect herself despite being absorbed in her entirety by inchoate World)
• Resistance to Fate Manipulation (7D, likely 8D As Death Resist all the Laws of Inchoate World, she also resists the natural order of Fate and Destiny in his world)

New Key after Death and Nier achieved Deathly Union (They got married)

• Resistance to Reality Warping (7D, likely 8D Nier's connection to Death allows her to resist the ever-warping effect of Inchoate World's Realm meant to repel any intruders as they enter)

Tierring​

Now for the Tier of the New Key.
Inchoate World plans to reduce Astral Realm and Sky-realm into nothing and replace them.
He was successful at replicating Sky-realm which would grant him 5D
But the narration stated that he is on the level of a Creator
As we know Inchoate World created foundations of reality and even Orologia and the Six Dragons are merely the Foundation of the world yet they treat reality as mere information 7D (Sky-realm 5D, Astral Realm 6D, Otherworld 7D) in their personality and Orologia needed to connect to the boundary which is the 8D to create a replica and simulation of reality

So tierring is at least 7D, likely 8D if he really is a Creator level

To give more Context regarding the Creator. it is mentioned multiple times and is said to be resisting the New World. and as far as we know the only Current creator residing in Sky-realm is
Sky-God who still maintains the World.

So at the very least him being likely 8D does imply he is on the level of the Sky-God which is 8D

With that said Inchoate World in his last Key should be 8D
and he should gain the abilities listed above such and his possibly abilities being full abilities rather than possibly. and gains God Physiology for becoming a genuine God

Large Size Type 10 for being the entirety of his own Realm as Creators are the wholeness of reality

And Since Nier Scales to him after erasing him
Nier would be Tier 1-C (7D, likely 8D)
TLDR : Inchoate World and Nier becomes Tier 1-C, likely higher (7D-8D)
Gains new abilities
