Papyrus dominates long-range combat and can overwhelm 99 before they can close the distance safely. While 99’s spike offers a deadly win condition, it requires precision and exposure to heavy fire, they need to get in close due to limited range, and I doubt Tabbie can do anything against Soul Absorption


Still, this is not a stomp. 99’s spike makes every engagement dangerous—one mistake from Papyrus could mean impalement and death.

yeah, and Papyrus deals with ton of monsters (one of which presumably with dura neg as well but swapped), he's likely very careful as is
