So... Where does 9-A come from?

Same for 8-B Colosus

I mean, I know that feats, but I don't think those garanting high tiers like these

9-A comes from the fact that Cable tanked a prison bus designed for mutants being completely destroyed by Juggernaut with a single punch, a bridge collapsing on him soon after, and that he tanked his own bombs, which can casually blow up prison cells designed for mutants. Deadpool also survived the bridge collapse with only a twisted head, which he fixed by re-twisting it back to place. Aaaaaaaaaaand that Deadpool can harm Cable and vice versa. They both survived these punches from Juggernaut later in the film too.

8-B comes from the fact that Cable's shield can easily block bullets, and if I remember correctly, there was a calc on this wiki that proved that to be fully bulletproof, you'd need to have City-Block level durability (Here's the calc: https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/U...ability_Required_to_be_Completely_Bulletproof)
