Deadpool Profile Tier Inconsistency

Hi all, I'm a newly registered member here but I've been following the wiki for years. For a while I've been annoyed at an inconsistency in Earth 616 Deadpool's tier.

He's listed at 9-B+, even though the two feats linked on his profile are both 9-A. I understand that other street tiers are scaled that way because of their direct feats, like Daredevil surviving an explosion at 9-B+, but why list two direct 9-A feats for Deadpool if they're not being used?

He downscales from both, basically, since he has the stamina and resists to not look hurt, and yet fumbles with other 9-B+s. That's the concept

Daredevil also downscales from his calc, since he ****** up his ribs or something tanking the explosion, which is really close to baseline 9-A

Though I think there should be a note on Deadpool’s profile about that like on Daredevil’s to avoid confusion. I’ll file that under ideas for another CRT.

Is that allowed? I know changes to statistics and the P&A section require a CRT, I assumed the same applied for notes too.
