DCSHG FTL?

What value is the DCSHG's FTL rating, and where does it come from? If it's from Supergirl throwing a basketball:

1. Why would it scale to Supergirl's speed and not just the speed of the basketball being thrown?
2. Isn't 0.52 seconds the timeframe of the Moon moving, not the timeframe of the basketball travelling to the Moon?

The first frame where we see the moon move is 2,907, & the last frame where we see it moving is 2,919. So it moves for about 13 frames. At 25 frames per second, this means 0.52 seconds

Ok, but I'm asking what current FTL feat Supergirl scales to

Also, that feat has some weird stuff. Like, Supergirl is shown close to the Sun, but she is shown rather close to Earth in the immediate next scene. Basically, I have the same issues as Drite77

third feat is weird since it has weird camera angles and the distance is very unclear due to the nature of the cartoon
