Darkseid is categorized as (low) 6-B like many other high tiers in the verse. However, in ZSJL, he was able to casually crush Steppenwolf’s head by stepping on it. To me, this doesn’t seem to be something that is possible for someone in the same class as someone else.

I don’t know how much stronger and more durable than someone for this to be possible.

This is different than someone stomping on something to crush it.

Also that's still very possible for people in the same tiers hence regular speed, skill, hax, and slight AP advantages being factors in edging out wins with those in the same tier.
