DC Cosmology becomes even more messy

Due to the DC Cosmology Split which was once limited to creating cosmologies based on one author's interpretation of the DCU, but since we've become less strict with that and allow for some parts to be combined with a some exceptions that are either too inconsistent or too outdated with the current DC Cosmology.
Why was it limited to only one author? Whose interpretation was used?

Since speed force will be 1-A, does that make the godsphere and everything above it also 1-A?

Well I was just told the speed force is every ig, so the speed force becomes 1-A but not the godsphere
The whole reason for 1-A came from it. Only the highest of beings scale to it ie the aspect of God and the Presence itself as well as the Greater Omniverse. Any part of the Multiverse won't scale to it.

Yes. There’s evidence for realms like the Godsphere being beyond the Speed Force, as well as the 1-A gallery realm in the Speed Force being situated within the speed force wall, so the Godsphere and all realms beyond it should scale some layers into 1-A.
