Since Ledgerdomain is IIRC a 2-A realm, then if Mana really does make up Ledgerdomain's composition it should be a 4D energy

Yeah Mana definitely qualifies.

It's a bit of technicality, but the idea is, computer programs have life, and thus Mana, even Gwen and Ben can function within a video game and have it's laws applied to them.

And since Mana is the Manipulation of life energy, that would apply to it.

I would lean against it in this context.
