Vader has never done that while in the heat of battle and its not even a last resort move of his. Considering Vader is in-character that's very low on the totem pole for him to do.
For the thread the hard part would be Vader's TK. He's shown yo heavily use it and unless Yujiro has ranged attacks he can't really avoid being lifted.

I'd also consider saying that a lightsaber would slice through Yujiro's flesh like butter.

Yujiro would have some resistance to the heat from his feat of getting struck by lightning without having a scratch on him.

isn't that feat affected by yugiro being on the ground, so he didn't take all the lightning?

It’s the other way around. Being on the ground is why electricity hurts us in the first place. When welders work with high amounts of electricity they use a ground clamp to draw the current through the metal clamp so they aren’t hurt by it.
We become hurt by electricity when we become the electrical current’s path to the ground.

Lifting is still how you resist TK. But you need flight or range attacks if the person decides to try and lift your body weight.

Well so lets look at everything I guess.

Skill
Yujiro is superior. Vader has nothing on him in any capacity.
Conclusion
To cut it short Yujiro wins but its a stomp. Vader brawls in-character and his only win con is lifting Yujiro in the air and throwing his lightsaber at him. I don't really see this working since Yujiro is capable of doing mid-air acrobatic dodges and can outmuscle Vader's TK over his own muscles. Vader's neck crush canonically doesn't work on someone more durable than Vader is strong, and Ogre is 31 times more powerful than Vader without any amps.
Overall this is just a massive stomp. Precog is countered by Yujiro's far better skill and prediction, Vader gets crushed in hand to hand combat (his in-character first move) and his sole win condition is incredibly difficult to pull off. Vader also has zero listed resistances to any of Yujiro's fear and madness abilites.
I'm closing this thread on that note, since Vader just gets one tapped and has zero counters to Yujiro just looking at him really hard.
