Does this guy have any inherited skills at all? Or something? It feels he needs a revision.

Bagramon never had an evolutionary line, so through that he has nothing. Bagramon gained some powers of Yggdrasil as a control of space-time (being able to manipulate history and invoke beings through the timelines) and life (being able to freely manipulate souls and send them wherever he wants them). He can also create life (He created Tactimon using souls that he collected through the timeline). Which I believe is already in his profile.

We know little about his past. We only know that it was the archangel who ruled over Death and seeing the inequality involving the Digimon he decided to rebel against God because Homeostasis did not give reasonable answers to Bagramon's questions.

Nope. Bagramon hasn't really been in too many games if any.

I do not see if there really is anything to be revised. Bagramon had few appearances and he did little. In the anime we know that it was he who created and sealed Tactimon's sword, he also opens dimensional portals sending beings to other dimensions. In the manga we see him demonstrating control over souls (he did this with Lilithmon stealing his soul and creating a Gekomon body for her) in addition to what I have already said about space-time control. With Dusk Stone he gains full control over reality and can perform the D5 where he would destroy the Creation of God to give rise to his own world of darkness and then banish God from this new world.

Bagramon has always been like this. We do not know if its original form was another Digimon. We know that he received an attack from God, a thunderbolt, which charred half of his body and turned the white color of his skin into a black color. After that he used pieces of Yggdrasil to rebuild his body. We know only that. And Bagramon never appeared in any game with some Digimon evolving into it.

Yes, it's the only Skull Knightmon Evolutionary line. And this is from a Xros Wars Game,so is legit.

Bagramon has BFR in base form, it can create storms anywhere in space-time and send everything that touches these storms to anywhere in space-time. In addition it can rip souls and can send them to the Dark Area or the Kernel .

Resistances to Time Manipulation, Mind Manipulation, Soul Manipulation, Death Manipulation, Sleep Manipulation and Existence Erasure.

Matter Destruction

Blood Manipulation

Time Manipulation and Travel

And maybe some other things. I will likely need to check wikimon.
