I could easily see him ragdolling her any time they get up close but her skill should make it harder and her knowing pressure points could really cripple him if she decides or her paralysis.

Grappling isn't really what Daredevil usually does, but if he notices he's much stronger, he'll probably go for it. Both of them have similar statements about knowing what their opponent is going to do before they do it. Daredevil and Cass both use pressure points a lot in-character, so they're pretty equal there as well. They're pretty much dead even in terms of skill, maybe a slight advantage to Cass as she is debatably number one in her verse, while Daredevil is solidly like number 3.

I think I slightly lean towards Cass. Her gear is better, and while she's is mainly a martial artist, she still uses gadgets in fights if needed. The main reason I favor Cass is is Accelerated Development. With Cass and Matt being very evenly matched, her AD will probably be enough for her to pull ahead, as she can master styles to the level of people who've spent years training with them in only minutes.
