Dante vs Danny Phantom

Danny is the poor man's version Dante or the broke man's version... I don't really know.
In all seriousness I'm 100% sure this match is a stomp for Dante. He no sells all of Danny's hax do to his resistances so their will be no Possession or one shot for Danny because Dante's Resistance and Mid level Regenerationn say not. It's a no brainer who has more skill, I've played Devil May Cry games so I know Dante wins in that department. He can see spirits and hit non-corporeal beings so Invisibility and Intangility are not saving Danny... Should I continue, why not?.
Teleportation and Time Slow means no hits for Danny. Royal Guard and Regenerationn counter Danny's attacks, Doppelganger gives Dante a hand even though he won't need it. Sure, Danny has made a single duplicate as well but only once and he didn't do anything with it. Danny's only win condition is using Ghostly Wail right from the start and hoping the waves hit Dante... But! That's not gonna happen do to what I stated above (Teleportation and Time Slow). Unless someone is gonna argue Dante is going to stand there and try and tank a wave of destruction coming towards him. Not only that, Danny only uses Ghostly Wail when up against someone that he knows is much stronger than him or a large group of individuals so the chances of him using it right of the bat is very small given he has no knowledge on Dante.
I also see BFR on Dante's DMC3 key and if it's combat accessible, Danny has no counter for that. Danny may be stronger than base DMC 3 Dante but all he needs is to enter Devil Trigger and he will literally start manhandling Danny. The only reason Danny would even last in this fight is do to Regenerationn but given Dante can cause him actual pain, there is only so much he could take before turning back into Danny Fenton and losing his Regenerationn.
Dante stomps. He counters pretty much everything Danny has with his resistances, Regenerationn and hax. Now excuse me while I go make My Danny Phantom/Devil May Cry Crossover Fanfiction titled "Ghosts May Cry".

Post awakening Dante is low 7-B. Danny is only 8-A here with no hax that would do anything to Dante. This is a stomp.
