Dante and Vergil are stated to have the same powers which they do is just they use them in different ways nelo is Vergil just under the control of mundus

This was in DMC3, DMC1 has Vergil enslaved by Mundus and in response Mundus gave Vergil some of his power.

Mundus, the person who gave Vergil's power, also has Time resistance.

Well it's not necessarily stated, but consider how Vergil is not only far different power wise compared to Dante, and the fact that Vergil was enslaved by Mundus, and the fact that Vergil is somehow conveniently on par with Dante, it's safe to assume that Mundus made Vergil more powerful.

Plus, if Mundus has time stop resistance and some of his power went to Vergil, it explains how Vergil has time stop resistance.

I would maybe lean to Bayonetta, but that is because I have a bias for her.

Plus, I think she is 'better' at her hax.

But since dante has way higher ap, I dont the hax will matter if dante can just slice her with universe ap.
