If speed is equalized, I don't see Sayaka taking it. They're both 8-C but Sayaka is really impulsive, unstable, and inexperienced compared to Dante who's been fighting for most of his life and generally stays calm during fights.
He's taken down things like the Hunter, Succubus, and Bob Barbas without breaking a sweat and cracking bad jokes at them, while Sayaka is shown struggling to take down common witches. Not to mention getting sucked into a witch's labyrinth is nothing for him considering all the crap that happens in Limbo. There's also no real way for her to counter Devil Trigger.
My vote goes to the demon killer.

That scene when Homura Claps her hands and erases Sayaka's memories, priceless. I doubt even the Demon Killer can kill that level of Demon. Anyway, I played both DMC REBOOT and I've seen Madoka as well.
I'd say probably Sayaka unless Dante finds out her weakness about the soul gem. Due to well Octavia being at least city block level.

@Senkoro, where did you get this idea of city block level sayaka? I would like an upgrade for her if shes truly city block level.

Actually Homulily is City level, and they only attacked using their familiars (Which even with the combined familars of other witches, Oktavia got kinda rekt), and then theres the fact that she didn't kill Kyoko, Kyoko used a suicide attackSenkoro said:
