Danny Phantom vs. Yusuke Urameshi

If this is just a who would win period. Then Yusuke stomps hard and I'm not being biesed because I love the Danny Phantom verse and he's one of my favorite characters. However Yusuke is 6-B (Country level) and Massively Hypersonic while Danny is only High 6-C (Large Island level) and Hypersonic.
Danny will be blitzed hard and his Exo-Skeleton doesn't have Regenerationn only he does so once Yusuke blitzes, he'll one shot Danny's suit, dropping Danny to 8-A (Multi-City Block level) and while Danny's shocked, Yusuke fires a Spirit Gun and Vaporizes Danny. The only why Danny would win is if Yusuke doesn't instantly attack Danny after he destroys his Ecto-Skeleton, Danny goes invisible and intangible then possesses Yusuke.
Yusuke may have Resistance to Mind Manipulation but Possession in Danny Phantom takes over the Body, Mind and Soul so he won't be able to stop it. Other then that Yusuke stomps.
However if your referring to their 8-A keys with speed equalized then Danny stomps, Regenerationn, Body Control, Intangibility, Invisibility, Flight, Possession all spell doom for Yusuke.
