Danny's 5B, and only 5A with his ultimate attack(Ghostly Wail) or if he has his Ecto-Skeleton(which he doesn't) so Danny is definitely at an AP disadvantage here against ******* Superman

On the other hand, Danny has his intangibility, clones, and overshadowing(honestly no clue if that'd work on Superman). And more importantly, Superman has a really really good hearing so Danny's Ghostly Wail might do something.

Overshadow might work unless Superman has layered resistance to mind manipulation. I'd also like to know what is Superman's resistance to Ice/Cold is like.

Possessing Superman is out of the picture, Jericho tried this in Titans 10 and failed miserably (note, before this he succeeded in possessing Green Lantern and taking a joyride around his body b4 swapping) unless Danny has possessed people with multiversal willpower give or take I doubt that's gonna work....
