Ok for starters equalize speed because my God that blitz there.
So let's see here, Danny has an ok AP advantage and his intangibility is going to be extremely useful, his invisibility will give him an edge (her senses won't detect that), and there's nothing stopping him from just possessing her right off the bat.

I love Blake and RWBY, but assuming speed isn't equalized, then I'm gonna have to go with Nico-v11 here. Danny's ghost powers really give him the advantage here, and there's little stopping Danny from abusing them as much as he pleases against Blake. However, even if speed wasn't equalized, Danny would still probably take this, IMO. His combination of Overshadowing, Intangibility, Invisibility, and Flight just cremate Blake. It really is the ghost hax that lets him destroy her.

But Blake is only in the Massively Hypersonic territory because her best feat was dodging a lightning bolt while in the air. Therefore, it's safe to say that she can't actually run that fast, especially me being a big RWBY fan and watching her in action myself. Therefore, Blake wouldn't DBZ Danny at all, and he'd certainly have enough time to react and turn intangible/invisible/whatever and get his lead going.

Blake's best feat is scaling from Suhn who ran fast enough to intercept lightning, mach 2500 so yes, she would blitz danny hard

So, the final verdict? It's a pretty unbalanced match-up, to be honest. Speed equalized, Danny triumps via ghost hax. And speed unequalized, Danny gets blitzed by Blake, assuming Danny hasn't enough time to react to do literally anything, which I'd still kind of put in the air. It depends on if they know that they're going to fight or not. If there's a countdown or something before the brawl ensues, then Blake knows to go MH+ speeds on Danny's ass. Otherwise, it all comes down to whether or not Danny can go intangible in time. What do you guys think?
