Alright so some of the Danny Phantom ghost pages are rated differently and this I because there is no feat to scale from in season one (I actually have a feat but it hasn't been calced).
Example: Lunch Lady Ghost, The lower forms of Technus are Wall Level, Skulker is Building Level with Weapons. Yet Danny is rated at Small Building Level for (battling ghost of this size). The only one that is scaled correctly to Danny is Ember McLai but the other ghost I listened all have fought and harmed Danny. The problem is there is no calc/feat to scale them from in season 1.
Now I have two solutions.
1. Reverse Scaling: I actually think we can reverse scale the ghosts to season 2-3 who are Multi-City Block level. My evidence is Prince Arago and Princess Dorathea, now their power (Dragon form) comes from their amulets and not them. Now Aragon fought post season 1 Danny and his sister Dorathea stated she has the same power source he has and this is proven when she fights him and does very well.
Now in season 1, Danny fights Sam when she has the amulet in Dragon form and takes a hit from her. Now considering the amulets give all the power, this is a Multi-City Block level feat as Sam in this form is just as powerful as Dorathea in this form.
My second piece of evidence is the Fright Knight. He battled season 1 Danny and was winning (Note Danny could still somewhat fight him but is weaker]] and the was sealed and is not released until season 2 and he then fights Danny and Vald but he didn't train as he was sealed. So this means he is Multi-City Block level as well.
So this could mean season 1 ghost likely scale as they all fought Danny.
2. Get the season 1 feat calced and give the ghost (that are from season 1) season 1 | season 2-3 keys.
