Peach. She takes pretty much any advantages (strenth, durability, experience, intelligence and etc) and too much hax.

Also, Peach is actually Large Star +, while Hylia is Only Large Star level. The difference doesn't seems to be big, but it actually is. We can compare Large Star vs Large Star+ to Solar System vs Solar System+/MSS.

Zelda should take this with her more powerful hax like reality warping, time manipulation, possession, and soul manipulation.

Solar System high end is 1 trillion times higher than it low-end
While Large Star High end is only 1500~ times higher than it low end
Also Hylia is only 3x higher than Large star low end so... Peach is morre than 500 times stronger than her

Peach is at least 250 times stronger than Zelda, and they both seem pretty even in terms of hax, but Peach should win overall for reasons above. Personally, I think this will be more evenly matched if speed wasn't equalized and using the low-end for Peach's speed.
